Grading Machine

The grading machine has been designed to separate over-sized, undersized and precise sized pieces according to the thickness of the product. One of the main advantages of the sweet sorting machine is when it is used in conjunction with high speed wrapping machines or stick-packing machines, as it will only feed the desired size to the machines for seamless operation on the wrapping units.

The grader is suited for use with hard candy, soft sugar coating candy/gum, tablets and hard filled candy. It is flexible and allows for various tolerances, and can cope with square, round, and spherical pieces.
